BARNIZ ACRIPOL BRILLO

-Mix both products Acripol Barniz + Catalizador and stir them until perfectly homogenized.
-Mixture should be obtained by pouring Catalizador (catalyst) over base (Acripol Barniz) (varnish) within given proportions (by volume)-Do not apply when moisture contents it over 80%.
-Keep room well ventilated while product is drying.
-Test adherence level on difficult areas. -When pore is open, apply the priming products shown in table below.
-The previously stated performance information refers to the CA+CB mix

Iron and by-products:
- For surface protection prior to decoration, apply a suitable primer (see family 6) following its corresponding data sheet guidelines.
-Prior to decoration, surface should be free of any foreign products, grease, dust and completely dry. Should it show any rust, apply our Oxifin or remove it by brushing it off or any other mechanical system.
New wood:
-Surface should be free of any foreign products or remains.
-Apply on wood with less than 20% moisture content.
-Apply on wood in good condition, dry and free of grease and dust.
-Sandpaper and eliminate any remains in joints and mechanical faults.
-Old wood should be previously sandpapered and primed. Remove any dust by brushing it off or using any other mechanical system.
-We recommend priming with GAMA MONTOPOL FONDO.
Construction (plaster, cement and by-products):
-Trying to usual these supports, eliminating saltpeter, excess moisture and efflorescence.
-Remove off any foreign product or remains.
-Once dry, primed with the same product more diluted. Restauracion y Mantenimineto:
Iron and its enamelled by-products:
-For paints in good condition, sandpaper slightly to open pore and test adherence level.
-Paints in bad condition should be removed by mechanical or chemical systems and proceed as per new surfaces.
Painted or varnished wood:
-If they have been varnished with Montoxyl Colour (ref. 1300), remove off foreign products and areas in bad condition, sandpaper slightly, remove resulting dust and treat as per new wood.
- If they have been varnished, apply a stripping product such as Quitamont Universal (ref. 3510) or use a mechanical system an proceed as per new wood.
Construction (plaster, cement and by-products):
-For paint in good condition, sandpaper slightly to open pore and test adherence level.
-For paints in bad condition, or paints that could be damaged by the product, remove them off by mechanical or chemical systems and proceed as per new construction materials.
