ACRIPOL ESM.BRILLO + CATALIZADOR

Compose colour following the Sistema Montomix instructions in the Acripol part.
When you are ready to paint, add the Acripol catalyst. Stir the product until perfectly blended.
Apply to clean dry substrates, removing any waste matter using degreasers or detergents and clean water.
Do not apply the product at high temperatures or on surfaces exposed to strong sunlight.
Ensure good ventilation whilst the product is drying. Do not apply with relative moisture levels over 80%.
Given the broad spectrum of bases, for direct applications on problematic surfaces, it is recommended that you first carry out adhesion tests. If false adhesion is detected, prime as indicated in the attached table.
As a preventive measure, prime using the products indicated in the table attached.
On tiles and ceramic surfaces, carry out adhesion tests. It is recommended that the pore be opened using hydrochloric acid.

In general:
Apply to repaired, smooth surfaces free from grease and foreign materials.
Particularly remove grease and foreign materials. Remove dustIn Particular: Iron and derivatives:
- Remove any rust and treat with recommended primers following the technical specifications given.
To decorate the base it must be free from foreign products and/or waste matter and should be dry and free from grease and dust. If there are signs of rust, the rust should be removed using a plane or other mechanical means. Oxifín may also be used (see technical specifications).
New wood:
-The base must be free from foreign products and/or waste matter.
-Apply to woods with a moisture content of less than 20%.
-Apply to wood which is healthy, dry and free from grease and dust.
-Sand down to remove any traces of glue in joints and milling defects.
-If the wood shows signs of ageing, it should first be sanded down, primed and any dust removed by brushing or any other mechanical means.
-In this instance the most suitable primer is GAMA MONTOPOL.
Plaster work (plaster/gypsum, cement and derivatives):
- Treat these mediums in the usual way, removing saltpetre, excess moisture and efflorescence.
- Remove foreign products and/or waste matter. Restauracion y Mantenimineto:
Iron and enamelled derivatives:
-On paintwork in good condition, sand to open the pore, checking that the adhesion is perfect.
-On paintwork in bad condition, remove paint by mechanical or chemical means and proceed as with new bases.
Varnished or painted woods:
-If the wood has been varnished with Montoxyl color (code1300): Remove foreign products, remove any loose or peeling varnish, lightly sand, remove dust from sanding and proceed as with new woods.
-If they have been varnished or enamelled, strip down using Quitamont Universal (cod. 3510) or by mechanical means and proceed as with new wood.
Building work (plaster, cement or derivatives):
-On paintwork in good condition, sand to open the pore, checking that the adhesion is perfect.
-On paintwork which is in poor condition or vulnerable to attack by the product, remove by mechanical or chemical means and proceed as with new building work.
