The challenge
White or light-coloured façades are brighter and create an open and uncluttered atmosphere. The only problem is that, with pollution and the passage of time they become dirty and cracks and fissures appear that are clearly visible. This is what happened in this multi-family housing development located in Baena, Córdoba.
The solution
Cracks and fissures were repaired with a specific waterproofing product, such as Plasmont Fibra Elástico, to prevent the appearance of damp. The entire surface was then sanitised and prepared for painting with the fixing emulsion, and finally the façade was decorated with the chosen colours.
