The challenge
Pollution, atmospheric conditions and the passage of time eventually take their toll on a building's façade. At the Mirador de los Remedios residential complex in Málaga, the façade had darkened, cracks and fissures had appeared and in some cases the balcony slabs had come loose.
The solution
Plasmont Reparex was used to resolve the issue of cracks and fissures, and then the façade surface was prepared with Emulsión Fijadora. Finally, it was painted using Ovaldine Fachadas Liso.
