    • The challenge

    In cities, there are certain buildings that playa fundamental role in society, as is the case with the Fuentehermosa Palace in the city of Valencia, which was built in 1903 and is currently used as the offices for the Presidency of the Generalitat Valenciana. It is therefor eessential to maintain its appearance and protect its architectural and historical value.

    The solution

    Treatment with Plasmont Reparación Fachadas for the repair of cracks and spalling.  Application of the Ovaldine Siloxano coating to protect the façade from extreme temperatures, humidity and environmental dirt, and Luxatín and Montosintétic Ferrum to protect and decorate the wrought iron railings.
