The challenge
Monolayer mortar is ideal for façades due to the versatility of its technical characteristics, however it is very common for these types of façades to end up needing restoration due to the appearance of mould, environmental dirt and cracks or fissures. That is what happened with this multi-family community located in Córdoba, where there were also somechipping marks on the façade.
The solution
Treatment with Montolimp Antimoho to restore the façade and prevent contamination by moss, algae and fungi. The cracks and fissures were then repaired with Plasmont Fibra Elástico, preventing the appearance of damp and preparing the surface for the chosen colours.
