The challenge
When choosing a façade paint, it is important to consider the location of the building. For this house located in Berango, in the province of Vizcaya, the climate is an important factor due to the abundance of rainfall and low winter temperatures. Its unique design also required a colour scheme that was consistent with the landscape, while also displaying a strong personality.
The solution
The product chosen in this case was Ovaldine Fachadas, mainly because of its durability against colour fading and degradation due to paint aging. Also key to its selection was its high resistance to extreme temperatures and rain, which greatly reduces the risk of mould and microorganisms. Ovaldine is also available in the Eterna and COF colour charts.
