The challenge
For the repair of the façades of historic buildings, it is not only necessary to work on the pathologies that are seen on the surface, but it is also essential to clean up those that are not visible at first but that can affect the integrity of the walls. The Church of San Juan de Dios in Lucena, Cordoba, was inaugurated in 1754, it is a clear example of this type of restoration
The solution
The 1,400 m2 of façade were worked on, repairing the pathologies detected on the surface, such as cracks, fissures, landslides and stains. The products used guaranteed the health of the façade as well as a perfect and durable finish.
