What is the MicroCement System?

It is a set of products whose main component is a two-component cementitious coating. The combination of all of them results in:

•A high-performance continuous coating, which can be adhered to a multitude of surfaces, providing durable, waterproof finishes with high resistance to friction and wear.
•An exclusive decorative finish, which allows you to achieve unique spaces with each application.

What products make up the MicroCement range?

To ensure the MicroCement system adheres properly to the existing surface.

MicroCement Primer ABS: Is an acrylic primer. It is applied primarily on absorbent surfaces without high mechanical resistance requirements.

MicroCement Primer N-ABS: Is a two-component epoxy primer. It is applied mainly on non-absorbent surfaces or on surfaces with high mechanical requirements.

MicroCement Base: Cementitious coating that is used as a first coat to regularise the support. Its roughness also allows us to use it as a decorative coating if a rustic finish is sought.

MicroCement Walls: Decorative coating ideal for walls and ceilings, furniture or toilets among others

MicroCement Floors: Decorative coating ideal for floors and surfaces in need of greater mechanical resistance.

MicroCement Sealer: Acrylic sealer that is applied on the decorative coating to regulate absorption, provide hardness and improve the finish of MicroCement Protector.

MicroCement Protector: Two-component polyurethane varnish, ideal for varnishing floors and also walls, ceilings or furniture in the most demanding cases.

MicroCement Protector Deco: Single-component acrylic varnish, ideal for varnishing furniture and in general for walls and ceilings as a decorative finish.

Colour chart of 40 unique colours

All the colors of the MicroCement Chart are available in the Montomix System.
The dosage is always done on the MicroCement Resin, which will be mixed on site with the MicroCement Floors or Walls.
In the case of the rustic finish, on MicroCement Resin to mix with the MicroCement Base.

We don't recommend to vary the amounts of dye indicated in the formula. It is not recommended to make other colors that are not described in our Montomix System. The selected varnish significantly influences the color intensity.
