• Clean the surface by removing all types of dirt, moss, mold, etc., and wash with uncontaminated clean water.

• Stir the product until perfectly homogeneous.

• Dilute the product slightly depending on the porosity and condition of the substrate in the first layer.

• Do not apply the product at temperatures below 5 °C or above 35 °C. Nor with the risk of imminent rain. The temperature of the substrate must be above 5 °C to avoid freezing.

• After preparing the substrate, it is recommended to apply a quantity of product equal to or greater than 0.75 l/m2 in several coats.

New substrate:

Cement mortars:

1. Wait for total setting (minimum 30 days).

2. Clean the substrate of foreign substances, residues, or poorly adhered products.

3. Remove possible efflorescence by abrasive blasting and neutralize alkaline surfaces.

On excessively polished surfaces, sand to open the pore. Putty with elastic fiber putty if necessary.

4. The substrate, before proceeding with its preparation, must be completely dry.

5. Fix friable substrates with a suitable fixative.

6. Putty defects in the substrate with exterior putty.

7. Treat substrates with mold with a fungicide. Restoration and Maintenance:

8. Completely remove old paints in poor condition or poorly adhered.

9. Glossy surfaces should be toned to ensure good adhesion.

10. In painted substrates, check the solidity and anchoring of the paint, diagnose its nature to avoid possible incompatibilities, and remove dust and dirt before repainting.

11. Putty defects in the substrate with exterior putty.

12. Treat substrates with mold with a fungicide.
