FERRORITE ACQUA SATINADO

Apply to a clean and dry surface, removing dirt with degreasers or detergents and clean water.

Stir the product until it is perfectly homogeneous.

Do not apply the product in extreme temperatures or on surfaces exposed to strong sunlight.

Maintain good ventilation conditions during the drying time.

Do not apply in relative humidity conditions exceeding 80%.

Drying, performance, and other properties may vary depending on climate and application variations.

It is recommended to apply a minimum of two coats at 50-60 dry microns (8 m2/l per coat). For adverse conditions, this thickness should be increased to 150-180 microns.

For new and/or rusted iron and steel: - The support must be free from foreign products and/or residues, degreased, free of white rust, and dry. - If there are rust spots, it is not necessary to remove them; just sand and remove poorly adhered particles if they exist. Then apply Ferrorite Acqua directly. - If there are areas with corrosion, remove them using wire brushes or abrasives to eliminate loose rust and scaling (ST3). Restoration and Maintenance: - The support must be free from foreign products and/or residues, well degreased, and dry. - For paints in good and matte condition, clean, degrease, and apply directly. - For paints in good satin and glossy condition, it is recommended, in addition to the above, to roughen the surface (light sanding to improve adhesion) and apply directly. - For paints in poor condition or with poor adhesion, remove them using mechanical or chemical means and proceed as with "new supports."

For old paints where their composition is unknown or there is doubt about their adhesion, it is always advisable to perform preliminary adhesion tests.
