-Stir the product until perfectly blended.
-Apply as supplied.
-Do not apply the product at high temperatures nor to surfaces exposed to strong insolation.
-Ensure good ventilation while product is drying.
-Do not apply with relative humidity above 80%.

- New wood:
- The base must be free from foreign materials and/or waste matter.
- Apply to wood with a moisture content of less than 20%.
- Apply to healthy wood that is dry and free from grease and dust.
- Sand down and remove any remains of glue in joints and defects from mechanical processes.
- If the wood shows signs of aging must be pre-sanded and removing dust by brushing or other mechanical means.

- Varnished or painted woods:
1. If the wood has been varnished with Montoxyl Color, remove foreign products, remove any varnish that is loose or in poor condition, gently sand down, remove the sanding dust and proceed as with new wood.
2. If varnished with closed pore varnish such as Barniz Sintético Universal Mate (Code: 1350), Satinado or Brillante, Barniz Velero, Barniz Alta Montaña or similar, remove by stripping with Quitamont where there are blisters, raised edges or cracks. If the surface is in good condition, gently sand, remove the dust from sanding and proceed as for new wood.
3. If previously varnished with cellulose or polyurethane varnish, remove by stripping with Quitamont Universal (Code: 3510) or mechanical means, and proceed as for new wood.
4. If enamelled with synthetic enamel (Montosintetic Code: 2020, 2024), Marisma (Code: 2010, 2014), Luxatín (Code: 2028) or similar, remove by stripping with Quitamont Universal (Code: 3510) or mechanical means, and proceed as for new wood.
