MONTOPLAC SELLADOR ANTIMANCHAS

Stir the product until perfectly blended.
Finishing off with Montoplac Matt Plastic Paint is recommended because of its high coverage until the desired finish is achieved.
Do not mix with paint.
Do not dilute.
Mix well before using.
Do not apply the product at temperatures below 5ºC or on surfaces exposed to strong sunlight.

Gypsum plasterboard partition walls:
1. Carry out a general sanding of the joints and putty fixing areas.
2. Subsequently clean to ensure the substrate is free of dust, grease and other contaminants.
3. For application on coloured boards that tend to generate stains, apply Monoplac Stain-Resistant Sealer.
Cement mortars:
1. Wait until fully hardened (min. 30 days).
2. Clean off any efflorescence with an abrasive jet.
3. Neutralise alkaline surfaces.
4. On polished surfaces: Sand down to open the pores.
5. Wipe off any foreign materials from the surface.
6. Fix crumbling surfaces using fixative emulsion or Fijamont.
7. Fill in any defects/flaws in the surface (see family 6)Plaster:
1. Wait until the plaster is dry (maximum 20% humidity).
2. Clean any foreign materials from the base.
3. Clean off any efflorescence with an abrasive jet.
4. Regulate the absorption of the surface with sealant, fixative or a diluted coat of the same product.
5. For polished surfaces: sand down to open the grain.
6. Fix crumbling surfaces using fixative emulsion or Fijamont.
7. Fill in any defects/flaws in the surface (see family 6) Restauracion y Mantenimineto:
1. Fully remove any old paint that is loose or in bad condition.
2. Glossy surfaces should be dulled down to ensure good adhesion.
3. On painted bases, check the solidity and adhesion of the paint, as well as the type of paint, to avoid potential incompatibility and remove dust and dirt before repainting.
4. Use plaster to fill any defects in the base (to make a suitable selection, see the PREPARING BASES family for lines corresponding to powder plaster and prepared fillers).
5. Treat mouldy surfaces with Montolimp.
