Note:
“The Montoplac Aparejo can be applied by rollers on the surfaces described above, making sense this application if the surface to be applied has small dimensions.
The roller to be used is made of polyamide (floor rollers for example).
It is advisable to apply to two minimum coats, with performance of 3 m²/kg, waiting time between coats of 2 hours minimum and sanded at 24 hours with medium grain sanding (grain 150-220).
’For finishing on Montoplac preparation:
For high quality paints, use fixing emulsion (Emulsión Fijadora) or Fijamont as a primer and apply 2 coats of paint, using putty between coats to fill in any defects.
For standard paints, use diluted product as a primer, then putty to fill in any defects and finish with a second coat.

Partition substrates:
The partition walls must be in perfect condition. Fill in joints and defects, leaving the partition walls ready to be finished with the Montoplac® system Restauracion y Mantenimineto:
Remove any foreign substances that have not correctly adhered to the substrate or that are in poor condition. Sand the substrate or use other mechanical means to open the pores if necessary. Test the adhesion, proceeding as if it is a new BASE.
