Colors specific to the Tintometric System

Shake the product until it is perfectly homegeneous.
Dilute the product according to the porosity and condition of the substrate in the first coat.
Finish with one or more coats slightly diluted until complete coverage of the substrate.
Do not apply the product at temperatures below 5ºC or on surfaces exposed to strong sunlight.

New Support:

  • Cement Mortar:

    • Wait until complete curing (minimum 30 days).
    • Clean the support of possible efflorescence by abrasive blasting and neutralize alkaline surfaces.
    • On excessively polished surfaces, sand to open the pores.
    • Secure loose supports with an appropriate fixative (See family 6).
    • Clean the support of foreign substances and/or residues.
    • Fill defects in the support with plaster (Plasmont Exteriores) (refer to the lines in the PREPARACIÓN DE FONDOS family for powdered plasters and pre-prepared fillers to make an appropriate choice).
  • Plaster:

    • Wait until it is thoroughly dry (maximum 20% humidity).
    • Remove foreign substances and/or residues from the support.
    • Eliminate efflorescence.
    • Regulate surface absorption with a sealing primer or matte paste.
    • Sand excessively polished surfaces to open the pores.
    • Secure loose or powdery supports with an appropriate fixative (See family 6).
    • Fill defects in the support with plaster to achieve a proper choice (refer to the lines in the PREPARACIÓN DE FONDOS family for powdered plasters and pre-prepared fillers).
  • Treat supports with mold using Montolimp.

Restoration and Maintenance:

  1. Completely remove old, damaged, or poorly adhered paints.
  2. Matte shiny surfaces to ensure good adhesion.
  3. Check the strength and adhesion of paint on painted surfaces, diagnose its nature to avoid potential incompatibilities, and remove dust and dirt before repainting.
  4. Fill defects in the support with plaster (refer to the lines in the PREPARACIÓN DE FONDOS family for powdered plasters and pre-prepared fillers to make an appropriate choice).
  5. Treat supports with mold using Montolimp.
