Use clean, uncontaminated water for dilution.
With the tools indicated in the application system, clean and deoxidized.
Repaint once the necessary time has elapsed. Since its setting depends on humidity, temperature, and layer thickness, the lack of clogging of the sandpaper will indicate that the product is ready to continue the process.
To prevent the emergence of efflorescence through the finishing coating, it is recommended to wait 28 days from its application, the time required for complete setting.
New Support:
Cement and concrete mortars:
Check the suitability of PLASMONT REPAIR FACADES on the support.
Wait until the complete setting (minimum 30 days) before application.
Clean the support of possible efflorescence, as well as neutralize alkaline surfaces.
On excessively polished surfaces, sand to open the pore.
Clean the support of foreign substances and/or residues.
Open possible cracks or fissures to a sound base, remove the dust produced with a brush or broom, and apply PLASMONT REPAIR FACADES as indicated in the sections Application Systems and Application.
Never exceed the maximum layer thickness recommended per coat.
On excessively friable surfaces, before puttying, fix with the appropriate fixative (see family 6). Restoration and Maintenance:
Remove foreign substances poorly adhered or in poor condition from the support.
Open the pore if it is closed, by sanding or another mechanical means.
Check adhesion and treat as new substrates.
