FERRORITE EFECTO FORJA LISO

• Apply on a clean and dry surface, removing dirt with degreasers or detergents and clean water.

• Stir the product until perfectly homogeneous.

• Do not apply the product in extreme temperatures or on surfaces exposed to strong sunlight.

• Maintain good ventilation conditions during the drying time.

• Do not apply in relative humidity higher than 80%.

• Changes in drying, performance, or other properties may occur depending on climatic and application variations.

• A minimum of two coats at 50 microns dry thickness is recommended (8 m2/l per coat). For adverse conditions, this thickness should be increased to 150 microns.

• For optimal finish, spray application is recommended.

New Substrate:

• For new and/or rusted iron and steel: - The substrate must be free of foreign substances and/or residues, well degreased, without scale, and dry. - If there are rust spots, it is not necessary to remove them, only sand and remove loosely adhered particles if present. Then apply Ferrorite directly. - If there are areas with corrosion, remove them with metal brushes or abrasives, eliminating loose rust and scaling (ST3). Restoration and Maintenance: - The substrate must be free of foreign substances and/or residues, well degreased, and dry. - On paints in good condition and matte, clean, degrease, and apply directly. - On paints in good condition with satin and glossy finishes, it is recommended, in addition to the above, to matte (superficial sanding, improving adhesion) and apply directly. - On paints in poor condition or poorly adhered, remove them by mechanical or chemical means and proceed as "new substrates."

• On old paints where their composition is unknown or there is doubt about their adhesion, it is always advisable to perform prior adhesion tests.
