- Apply neat. Do not dilute.
- Apply evenly over the whole surface, otherwise damp patches could appear following rainfall in the places where it has not been properly applied.
- Apply to COMPLETELY dry surfaces.
- It can be applied at sub-zero temperatures. It should not be applied at temperatures over 35 °C.
- The number of coats required will depend on the porosity of the surface. Usually, two coats are required but in extreme cases (very porous surfaces), it might be necessary to apply more, and on polished surfaces, one coat might be sufficient.

1. Wait until completely hardened (30 days minimum). There should be no damp patches.
2. Remove any efflorescence from the surface using an abrasive water jet, and neutralise alkaline surfaces.
3. Remove any foreign matter and/or residue from the surface.
4. Fill any defects in the surface using plaster for outdoor use (In family 6, PREPARING BASES, see powder and prepared filler lines to choose the right product for the job). Remove all traces of moisture.
5. Treat mildewed surfaces with Montolimp and leave to dry until there are no traces of moisture. Restauracion y Mantenimineto:
1. Apply directly to mineral surfaces, like those indicated in "new bases".
2. Ensure all the old paint is removed.
3. Wait until it is completely dry, with no traces of moisture.
4. Remove any foreign matter and/or residue from the surface.
5. Apply to clean, dry surfaces.
6. Fill any defects in the surface using plaster for outdoor use (In family 6, PREPARING BASES, see powder and prepared filler lines to choose the right product for the job). Remove all traces of moisture.
7. Treat mildewed surfaces with Montolimp and leave to dry until there are no traces of moisture.
