-Stir the product until it is perfectly homogeneous.
-Apply to clean and dry substrates, removing dirt with degreasers or detergents and clean water.
-Apply following the guidelines in the attached application chart.
-Do not apply the product at high temperatures or on surfaces exposed to strong sunlight.
-Maintain good ventilation conditions during the drying time.
-Do not apply in relative humidity above 80%.
New Support:
-New metal supports:
-The support must be free from foreign substances, rust, and/or residues.
-Apply to well-degreased, dust-free, and dry supports.
-For maximum protection, especially on iron and its derivatives, a pretreatment to remove scale and rust is necessary, consisting of abrasive blasting of the metal to a minimum level of the Swedish Standard (SIS 055900) Sa2. If abrasive blasting is not feasible due to initial cost constraints, the metal must be treated with a hard metal scraper and wire brush to at least the level of the Swedish Standard (SIS 055900) St3. Restoration and Maintenance:
-Enameled iron and its derivatives:
-For the best results in adhesion and anti-corrosion, it is recommended to remove remnants of old paint.
-Follow the guidelines for new supports regarding the removal of foreign substances, degreasing, cleaning, and the presence of rust.
